Our standard tiny homes are great for anyone who wants the highest quality home for an affordable price.  All standard builds include a set list of finishes listed below and up to 3 changes are included.  If you'd like to make more than 3 changes, we're happy to make that happen for you, but at that point your home will fall into the 'custom' category.  If you're looking for this kind of customization, head to the custom section of our site.

2. Choose the style that best suits you from the options below.

3. Choose the finish level that best fits your needs.

4. Once you've made these three choices, contact us.


1. Floor Plans:

Click the floor plans to enlarge and view. Floor Plans 1 and 2 can be built with or without a loft. These would be great choices for people who don't want to climb a ladder. Alternatively, you can provide a floor plan you have purchased or choose a house from the gallery.
