This 30ft Etowah is a single-level model with a clean and simple Scandinavian-inspired design that helps the home feel spacious despite the compact floor plan. Unique design details like the round window and varied tile transition add interest to an already beautiful aesthetic. Other things we love include the wood accent in the bedroom bump-out and concrete pendant lights, the mini wood stove, the square steel brackets for the open shelving in the kitchen, the floating bathroom vanity, and the large windows that allow in plenty of light and view of the surrounding scenery.
