team

We work as a unified team with a spirit of camaraderie and mutual trust. We’re proud of each and every member of our crew, and the culture we embrace here at Wind River.

The Team- Travis Pyke - Wind River Tiny Homes

Travis Pyke

ceo, chief design officer

Our founder, a visionary thinker, and gifted designer, craftsman, and artist. Travis is as kind as he is driven, as focused as he is creative. Not least: he founded Wind River after building and living in his own tiny home with his family. When he’s not here dreaming, building, and meticulously ensuring the quality of your home, you’re likely to find him mountaineering in the Wind River Range.

The Team- Caleb Knowles - Wind River Tiny Homes

Caleb Knowles

coo, production engineer

A company owner, he’s the glue that holds the team together. We call him our “Swiss Army knife” because he can solve any problem — always with a teacher’s spirit, a master builder’s skills, a voice of reason, and a ready laugh. Fun fact: he’s also passionate about tying flies for his many fishing adventures around the world.

The Team- Paul Beckham - Wind River Tiny Homes

Paul Beckham

cfo, sales executive

Dialed into the intricacies of business management, Paul is our guru of all things financial and an advocate for tiny home legalization and acceptance. Forward thinking and service-driven, he understands all of the intricate systems that go into building a tiny home, and how to help our clients make their dream a reality. On the weekends, he’s often backpacking with friends and family.

The Team- Dea Lisica - Wind River Tiny Homes

Dea Lisica

creative director, director of operations

Dea brings an eye for style and design to everything she does, whether leading our marketing or helping clients understand and articulate their vision. A multi-tasker who brings passion and out-of-the-box thinking, she’s also pretty gnarly on a snowboard.
The Team- Dustin Lehmann - Wind River Tiny Homes

Dustin Lehmann

senior manager, systems engineer

Dustin is a jack of all trades, and master of everything he touches. Our resident jokester, he is also meticulous, relentlessly focused on quality and functionality, and big-hearted. He might not want to be in your photo shoot, but he’d give you the shirt off his back. Oh, and he also kills it on the drifting circuit.
The Team- Amelia Dicks - Wind River Tiny Homes

Amelia Dicks

sales associate, customer advocate

The newest addition to our team, Amelia has quickly become indispensable as a driven, level-headed, and perceptive Customer Champion. On her days off, you’ll find her trail running, teaching flute lessons, or playing in the Chattanooga Symphony.

Wind River is a company where skills are valued and rewarded, as is an eagerness to learn. Attention to detail is crucial at every step, and we take pride in the homes we build. We’re always open to new ideas, always optimistic about what we can build together, and always looking for great people to join our team.

If you’re someone who wants to learn new skills alongside teammates who care about you and care about each person’s work — and ultimately care about shaping the homes and lives of our customers — then Wind River has a place for you. Become a Master Craftsman while bringing something new and beautiful into the world along the way.
