A custom tiny house shouldn’t cost as much as a permanent foundation house. At Wind River Tiny Homes our mission is to help others live with more freedom and that includes financial freedom. We strive to be competitive on pricing so that our clients can achieve their goals. Each tiny house should be built to fit the needs and styles of the tiny home owner and tiny houses should be accessible to everyone. We have another web page about our custom tiny house process. This page is meant to provide a benchmark for tiny house pricing. These are ballpark numbers but we hope they help you prepare for your tiny house plans.
