The Pisgah Park Model is a unique split design with open kitchen and living area on one side, and bedroom which accommodates a queen size bed, full bath, and sleeping loft with easy-climb ladder access on the other. The 10′ integrated porch connects the two sides and extends the living area outdoors. Designed for 100 AMP service, appliances include full-size electric Samsung washer/dryer set, Prestige 4-burner electric range and oven, Whirlpool 3/4-size fridge, microwave, Rheem tanked water heater, and LG mini split for heating and cooling.

All trim & millwork is solid wood. Sleeping Areas: Main floor bedroom to fit a queen size bed with two floating night stands. Double closets with outlet & conduit for TV/cable in between closets. Lower half of one closet contains hot water heater. Wood desktop below TV placement with open space below for luggage storage.
